Relax the mind. The best way I've found to do this is through meditation. Meditation is not something you have to travel to Tibet ! Silence and a simple audio track for 15 minutes every day is all it takes to make some of the amazing benefits which include clearer and more creative thinking, a deeper and more restful sleep , better tolerance stress and more balanced outlook on life .
    
Be grateful for life. When we are grateful for what we already have , we attract more to be thankful about . Gratitude is the quickest way to feel rich , but you have to develop and use , like a muscle. Keep a gratitude journal or just thinking about 10 things you are grateful for each day and see how you feel happier.
