It helps you cope with the stresses of life , becomes optimism , confidence and resilience. Others will see you, and when you share your joy and positive attitude with them, you can ease your burdens and help them become more positive.The most important thing to be happy and have more fun time is to believe that life is wonderful , and we're here to enjoy it. Everything you believe is true for you and your belief will help create the fact . Open the door for someone behind you , take a bottle or an empty bottle from the floor and put it in the trash , the stranger who smiles to others to brighten their day . By doing these simple things you automatically think well and be happy.Release your inhibitions . As long as you are not breaking the law , do not be afraid to be yourself , the fool , or do things that give you trouble. Laughing and giggling like a little girl walking in the rain without an umbrella or a raincoat and get all wet , take a walk around the neighborhood in bare feet , jumping in a pool , take a midnight swim . You should use common sense , but do not worry about what others think of you.Being a spiritual person . This does not necessarily mean you have to be religious. Just take the time to find inner peace through prayer , meditation , song or anything else that works for you . This will increase your level of happiness.At the end of the day, just before going to sleep , think about what you did and received throughout the day that you brought joy and thank God ( or the universe ) to have lived .One last thing, and this may seem contradictory, but it is not.
